These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jiliqqq platform, including all sports categories, casino-style games, fish shooting titles, account management features, and payment services available through the website and mobile app. They apply to all registered players in the Philippines. By completing registration, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not register or continue using the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jiliqqq. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. jiliqqq reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

Each player may hold only one registered account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on the platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on jiliqqq are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, and InstaPay. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. jiliqqq does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the FAQ, and the platform reserves the right to carry out identity verification before releasing funds.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jiliqqq platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Philippine law

5. Responsible Gaming

jiliqqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We encourage every player to set personal deposit limits, take breaks, and play within their means at all times. 6. Platform Availability

jiliqqq aims to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned maintenance. jiliqqq is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by platform unavailability, including any bets or game sessions that could not be completed during a service interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliqqq platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of jiliqqq or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliqqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes losses resulting from technical errors, delays in payment processing, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform or these terms is to discontinue use and close your account. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9. Changes to These Terms

jiliqqq reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current terms that apply to your account and activity on the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the jiliqqq platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect without modification.
